My hat is off to you MetaKnight. I wish you the best of luck as a 2-D resident evil game is gonna be kinda hard to make "well."

I suggest you have the entire game played in the dark, and whichever way your chara is facing, you have a flashlight in that direction. It will really help you with the surprise factor.

About Calintz's idea:

I believe this will make the game much spookier and suspenseful. However, I would say it's illogical to have the flashlight at all times. I would suggest to have it either outside only or inside only, or all times except for lighted areas. Something like that.

im looking forward to playing this, it sounds very intresting.

and with the flashlight idea a would go with SRK opinion, make it so in certian areas such as subways and old buildings ( or just creepy places where you just want to scare the hell out of the player).

Wow... Sounds pretty funn actually

I suggest to hold off the demo until you have some game play, otherwise people probably won't be as interested when they play a demo that's 2 minutes long.

A good demo is about 30 minutes -- 2 hours long.
But if you want to release it then go ahead lol

-Why is there a Quotes section? Moreso, why does it hold such meaningless quotes?

-Horrid engrish makes the Story (and most of the post) near unreadable. Not to mention that from what I understand there are no unique plot points within it.

-Why do you have Race: Human if all (or rather both, ew only two characters) of them are human? Redundant?

-If I put a compelling scene in my game about a character dying or a government takeover of Forest Town I wouldn't call it a feature. So why is "door scene from Resident Evil" listed under features, or listed at all? Also is this an RE fangame? I haven't read all of the thread but if this is put it in the first post.

-S.A.G. (Stupid Acronyms Go!) Please, please don't do stuff like L.E.M.E.S. because it seems king of L.A.M.E.
