Okay, avoid at all costs using the Fractal effect... I suggest using something else to make your effects, normally more than one effect on a layer does good, not just it alone.
I'm guessing your using
Paint.net right?
If so get more effects, I would recommend getting the custom brush plug-in and making your own brushes.
Also, it looks too gay, as in rainbow. I suggest using something that only has one or two color(s), add a background, put a cool render, add a few effects and you got a good stock.
But don't just add effects, add brushes, custom shapes, avoid using more than one render unless your making a two sided image. (an example of this is SRK's Avatar)
Just a few tips if you get into graphics, or whatever you call it.
